Requirements:
1. Native
English linguist (priority will be assigned to American candidates).
– Chinese
language skills required: HSK6 and above
– Candidates
must have lived in China for more than 1 year
– Experience
in the gaming industry is preferred
2. Passion
for translation and accuracy during task execution. Similar work experience is
beneficial.
3. Love
for gaming as a player and as a translator. Interested in studying games
(storylines, characters, features, etc.), mainly those relevant to the European
and the American markets.
4.
Candidates must be diligent, a quick learner, with a strong sense of
responsibility and good team spirit.
Responsibilities:
1.
Linguistic Quality Assurance (QA) for the market and users of the English
language pack;
2.
Linguistic Quality Assurance (QA) for the market and users of the localized
game pack;
3.
Linguistic Quality Assurance (QA) for the market and users of the localized
relevant materials;
4.
Translation work when necessary.
