Continue reading本文继续讨论培训的问题 必须明确以下几个观念： 1、培训是一种管理手段 2、培训以绩效为目的。 3、培训与开发有联系，但关注和侧重点不同。 1、培训是一种管理手段 如果放任培训，送出去一下，或者上了几节课，回来了，写了点总结、笔记。。。这些都不是真正有意义的培训，培训是要管理，要考核的，你出去之前是个什么状况，你学习了，观念改变没有，技能提升没有，是否有行动，这些都是要关注的。 2、培训以绩效为目的 经常有盆友说培把培训想得多崇高，其实大可不必，企业的任何活动都是有目的的，或者说公司的行为总是有价值偏好在那里，把你送出去培训 ，是为了改善和提高绩效，或者着眼于未来绩效的，如果是为了培训而培训 ，这就是一种烧钱行为，没有几个老板这么干。 3、培训与开发有联系，但关注和侧重点不同。 培训是管现在，或者说是你现在绩效有提高的部分，所以要培训你，开发是为了提高你的未来价值，从前你不会什么东西，现在把你送出去学习，你得掌握一些新的观念和思维，或者技能，这些能够影响到你未来的绩效。
